I want to share how I manage staying healthy, fit, and fun! I have been married for one year and have learned a lot along the way.
All of my recipes are for two people. I try to make them super easy to follow, so even my hubby could make them! :)
Every other Sunday, we make a menu for the upcoming two weeks, create a grocery list, go shopping, & then do some food prep to make the week easier. Planning ahead helps us to stay healthy and save money! I try to make meals that are healthy and well-balanced, but also delicious! Most of my recipes are quick and easy too!
We enjoy variety in our fitness routines. Lately, I have been loving barre, while Daniel is spending more time in the gym with interval training. We also do yoga together at home, and we incorporate outdoor activities into our week as well. We love to hike and go for walks with our King Charles Cavalier, Willow!
This lifestyle blog is divided into three sections. First, What's Cooking? - this is where you can find my recipes and menus. Second, Beauty and Style - here I will share reviews on beauty products, makeup looks, my favorite products, and some style and fashion posts. Third, Lifestyle, Home, and Fitness - this section will include home decor, organization, some fitness, and other posts giving you a little glimpse into our life and what we do for fun!
